I was born and raised in Milwaukee and am truly a Midwestern girl at heart. I’m currently living in Los Angeles after graduating in 2022 with a BFA in Production Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, with a concentration in scenic design, along with minors in film and costume design.

I’ve known from a young age that I wanted to be an artist. My parents enrolled me in every extracurricular art class Milwaukee had to offer. I explored sketching, watercolor, oil painting, pottery, and photography, searching for the creative medium that brought me the most joy.

My family has always been movie fans, and seeing major releases on opening weekend was a tradition for us. In high school, I realized my passion would lead me into film and television production design

 

What I love most about production design is its collaborative nature. I find myself getting lost in good stories, and I enjoy bringing environments to life to help tell those stories. Getting my hands dirty and working with tangible materials is what I love the most.
